Progressive Cheverly submits extensive comments to the Prince George's County Planning Department on the Evaluation and Recommendations Report from Clarion Associates for a complete rewrite of the County's Zoning and Subdivision Regulations. Based on Progressive Cheverly's experience, we focused our comments in three areas: Making the zoning ordinance and regulations more user-friendly and streamlined; Issues with proposed changes to the special exception process; and Revising public notification, access, and participation provisions.
